PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – Gladys C. Collier, a lifelong resident of the Peekskill and Cortlandt areas, died Oct. 13. She was 92.
Collier was born March 17, 1923, to Elias and Frances (nee Strang) Chapman.
She was predeceased by her parents, husband Robert, brother Robert Chapman and sister Elizabeth Rasbeck.
Collier is survived by her son Robert and his wife Sioux, daughter Catherine Sloat and her husband James, four grandchildren, and several nieces and a nephew.
Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the E.O. Curry Funeral Home, 313 N. James St., Peekskill.
A funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 137 N. Division St., Peekskill.
Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery in Cortlandt Manor.
