PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – Barbara Scaramellino, of Peekskill, died June 1. She was 94.
Scaramellino was born Dec. 1, 1920, in Brooklyn, to Philip and Josephine Accardi Lombardo.
She was predeceased by her parents, husband Hugo, and sister Frances Graffeo.
Scaramellino is survived by three daughters; Louise Emma and her husband Steven of Hopewell Junction, Joanne Christian and her husband Jack of Hopewell Junction, and Barbara Gaudioso and her husband Domenico of Mullica Hills, N.J., sister Sally Shults, five grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.
Visiting hours are from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home in Peekskill.
A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Assumption Church.
Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
