WAPPINGER, N.Y. -- A rollover crash around 10 a.m. Wednesday on Route 9 in Wappinger injured at least one person and blocked northbound traffic for more than an hour, said New York State police.
The incident, which happened near Myers Corner Road, occurred when a driver lost control and rolled the vehicle, sending nearby vehicles scrambling to get out of the way, state police said.
The roadway has reopened.
No information is available on the condition of the driver, said Trooper Melissa McMorris, spokeswoman for the New York State Police.
