Court papers obtained by LoHud.com  show that Jackson alleges he was unfairly fired after a January 2014 incident with longtime boys basketball coach Lou Panzanaro, who recently retired after 31 years at the school.

The two men had to be separated by faculty after a post-practice argument regarding Panzanaro's policy of not letting students play in games after missing practice, according to the report.
