WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A multi-vehicle accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway and a disabled truck near the Tappan Zee Bridge span caused motorists delays on Sunday morning.
The accident on the northbound Sprain, between Ardsley Road and just prior to Route 100B in Hartsdale, was reported at 9:45 a.m.
The disable truck was between Route 9 and the Tappan Zee Bridge span.
