Man Charged With Felony DWI In Peekskill

PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Putnam Valley man with driving while intoxicated in Peekskill on Friday, Feb. 20, according to officials.

Troopers were dispatched to help Peekskill authorities with a disabled vehicle on State Route 202. Kevin J. McMullen, 44, was allegedly sleeping inside the vehicle when police arrived, officials said.

After subsequent investigation, authorities charged McMullen with felony driving while intoxicated due to a previous conviction in 2007, police said.

McMullen is scheduled to appear in Cortlandt Court on March 2, police said.
