Peekskill MTA Elevators To Be Out Of Service For Over A Month

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. ‒ The elevators at the Peekskill Metro-North station are being replaced and will be out of service for over a month starting in early October, the railroad has announced.

The elevators will be closed at 7 a.m. on Oct. 4. and are scheduled to return to service on or around Nov. 17. Both elevators will be taken out of service simultaneously.

Signs will be posted for customer notification, and ramps will remain in service for disabled customers.
