PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – There were fewer than 10 homes still without power in Peekskill as of 4 p.m., according to Mayor Mary Foster.
Foster said Con Edison's online outage maps make it difficult to determine where the city ends and neighboring Cortlandt begins, leading to some confusion about how many residents are still without power.
An estimated 2,594 out of 12,295 customers in Cortlandt were still without power as of 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to Con Edison.
