YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Peekskill man faces a felony charge of criminal mischief after he allegedly stomped on the windshield of his girlfriends car following a domestic dispute last Saturday.
Police arrested Anthony J. Waterhouse, 21, of 611 South Street in Peekskill after they responded to a call of a male smashing the windshield of a car in the parking lot of the John C. Hart Library.
Waterhouse was remanded to the Westchester County Department of Corrections.
