Metro Card Van Brings Peekskill Residents An Easy Commute

PEEKSKILL, N.Y.-- Westchester County’s full-service MetroCard Mobile Van will be coming to Peekskill to assist riders interested in purchasing MetroCard.

The Westchester County Metro Card Mobile Van will be in Peekskill on selected dates through December.

Here is the schedule of dates and locations the van will be in Peekskill through December:

Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the Peekskill Library, 4 Nelson Ave, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the Peekskill Library from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 17 at the Peekskill Library from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

MetroCards can be used on the county’s Bee-Line bus system as well as New York City’s transit system.

In addition, staff will be available to explain rates, discounts and answer any questions.
