Hudson River HealthCare Gets 91K To Help Patients With HIV

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Hudson River Health Care hopes a new grant will improve the lives of people battling HIV.

Peekskill-based Hudson River Health Care was awarded a $91,00 federal Ryan White Part C HIV Capacity Development and Planning Grant to enhance care management of people living with HIV. Hudson River Health Care has locations in Dutchess, Rockland, and Orange. 

Hudson River Health Care treats about 1,000 people living with HIV.

“The resources will help to ensure that critical care coordination is in place to reduce duplication and improve health outcomes," said Anne Kauffman Nolon,  President, and CEO of Hudson River Health Care.
