OSSINING, N.Y. -- Heavy delays were reported on the southbound Taconic State Parkway after an accident Wednesday morning.
The 8:15 a.m. accident, which blocked the shoulder of the road, was at Pinesbride Road in Ossining, and resulted in stop-and-go traffic.
