Freezing rain could accumulate up to one tenth of an inch in some spots in the Hudson Valley, particularly in extreme Northern Westchester and Putnam County, where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for midnight until 9 a.m.

Most of Westchester will see mainly flurries and drizzle before midnight, turning to all rain in the early morning hours.

A flood watch is in effect from 6 a.m. Tuesday until 1 a.m. Wednesday and a high wind watch from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Tuesday's high temperature will be around 40 degrees with about to 2 inches of rain possible.
