PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The 2014 crash involving a truck driver and actor and comedian Tracy Morgan – in which passenger James “Jimmy Mack" McNair of Peekskill was killed – was likely due to the truck driver’s fatigue, according to the National Transportation Safety Board.
