Blocked Lane Causes Delays On Taconic State Parkway

HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y. -- A disabled vehicle blocked the right lane causing delays on the southbound Taconic State Parkway Thursday.

The incident, reported at 8 a.m., was between Hortontown Hill Road and Route 301.
