Owner and executive Chef Tom Costello sticks to his gluten-free guns this Thanksgiving during both brunch and dinner. Start Thanksgiving day off with seasonal butternut squash soup, Costello's signature gluten free crab cakes, a garden fresh vegetable frittata and Nutella-infused chocolate mousse. Enjoy a hearty Thanksgiving dinner with braised short ribs served atop polenta and melted onions, creamy wild mushroom ravioli, an assortment of sea and land entrees such as stuffed sole with jasmine rice and glazed carrots, a fall-inspired stuffed pork chop with a bourbon-maple glaze and, of course, a roast turkey breast with all the traditional sides.
