County Fixture Kfest Concert Departs From Dutchess Stadium

For the first time in more than 20 years, the annual KFEST concert is moving from Fishkill and heading for the Bethel Wood Center for the Arts, located at the historic site of the 1969 Woodstock festival in Bethel.

According to spokeswoman Emily Casey, WSPK (104.7 FM), and Bethel Woods have partnered to bring the summer’s hottest concert to its new home on Saturday, June 17 at the state-of-the-art pavilion amphitheater.

Artists Jason Derulo and Jon Bellion, among more to be announced, will set the tone for the biggest party of the season.

“Partnering with Pamal Broadcasting and the WSPK team to bring KFEST to Bethel Woods is the perfect next step in a long and fruitful relationship," said Darlene Fedun, chief executive officer at Bethel Woods. "We look forward to welcoming K104 listeners to Bethel Woods for an incredible experience and introducing those who have not visited before, to all the wonderful things we have to offer.”

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 31, at 10 a.m. at www.BethelWoodsCenter.org, the Bethel Woods Box Office, www.Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets, or by phone at 1-800-745-3000. 

Ticket prices start as low as $35.00 for general admission lawn. A VIP add-on ticket will also be available for purchase that will include early entry, access to a VIP lounge for the day, backyard barbecue-style food, swag bag with laminate, and crowd-free merchandise shopping.

Jason Derulo, known for having more than a billion views on YouTube and a billion plays on Spotify, has written songs for everyone from Pitbull and Diddy to Sean Kingston, and others. 

Jon Bellion, a Long Island native known for his contemporary pop that mixes R&B, hip-hop, and indie rock influences, has also had his music published on Eminem's 2013 album, “The Marshall Mathers LP 2.” In addition, his single, "All Time Low," generated millions of streams.
