PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – For those still without plans, The Peekskill Daily Voice has compiled a list of what eateries will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

New Year’s Eve

12 Grapes: 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. 5th Annual New Year's Eve Dinner and Dance Party with Duchess Di & the Distractions. An 8:30 p.m. dinner and Show is $100 per person and includes a three-course menu, three hours of live music and dancing, hats, noisemakers, a Prosecco toast and a "12 Grapes" tradition at midnight. A 6 p.m. seating with an a la cart menu is also available. Admission is $25 for music guests only. Space is limited. Reservations required. Call (914) 737-6624.  Guests 21 and older only. 12 N. The BeanRunner Cafe: 8 p.m. New Year's Eve Gala with Orlando Marin, "The Last Mambo King" and DJ Ted. Dinner served 8 to 9:30 p.m. Show starts at 9:30. Dance your way into the New Year with the Latin sounds of Orlando Marin, followed by the music of DJ Ted. A Latin and Caribbean buffet dinner will be served, as well as a complimentary glass of champagne.  Seating is limited; early reservations are recommended. Call (914) 737-1701. Birdsall House: 5 p.m. New Year's Eve Tasting Menu. Enjoy pickled oysters and shrimp, Birdsall House Cotechino, Hemlock Hill pork roast, poached pears and chocolate truffles. Admission is $65. Reservations are suggested. (914) 930-1880. 970 Main St.

Peekskill Brewery: 10 p.m. New Years Eve Party. Tap Room (first floor). Derek Dempsey will bring in 2013. Pub (second floor) will hold a prix fixe dinner. Call for Reservations (914) 734-2337. 55 Hudson Ave.

Division Street Grill: 5 to 10 p.m. New Years Eve Dinner. Open reservations. A choice of soup/appetizer, salad, entree and dessert. $50 per person, tax and service included. Gleason’s: Crazy Hat Party. Prizes for best and worst hats, late kitchen hours and a complimentary cocktail toast at midnight. No cover charge. Call (914) 402-1950 for more information. 911 South St.

The Harbor at Charles Point: A choice of limited regular menu or an all-inclusive meal including appetizer, salad, surf and turf, dessert and unlimited champagne for $65. Live music will be provided by the Bad Habits. Call (914) 739-0337 to make reservations.

New Year’s Day

Most of the eateries above are closed with the exception of these five:

Birdsall House: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hangover Brunch

BeanRunner Café: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a normal weekday menu.

The Peekskill Brewery: Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The usual weekday dinner menu will be served from 5 to 9 p.m.

Gleason’s: Noon to 10 p.m. Kitchen open with a normal weeknight menu. The bar will be open until midnight.
