Friday, Aug. 31
Rich Kelly and the New Fiction: 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The band will perform modern and classic rock tunes, from U2 and Coldplay to Tom Petty and The Who. Admission is a $5 entertainment fee for all, including diners. 12 Grapes, 12 N. Division St.
Phineas and the Lonely Leaves: 10 p.m. The popular area band will perform a free live set for patrons. Birsdall House, 970 Main St.
Saturday, Sept. 1
Peekskill Farmers Market: 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors will sell a variety of foods, including fresh produce, locally made honey, fresh meat and seafood. Bank Street.
Rumble On The River: 2 p.m. A series of boxing matches has been lined up by Peekskill’s own Be First Boxing. Riverfront Green Park.
Fred Gillen Jr.: 8 p.m. The popular area musician will perform a free live set for patrons. Peekskill Coffee House, 101 S. Division St.
The Spinners: 8 p.m. With more than 60 million records sold, the Spinners have performed for presidents, received six Grammy nominations and appeared on television too many times to count. The group has had 18 Solid Gold Top 40 Hits, including "Could It Be I'm Falling in Love" and "Working My Way Back to You"/"Forgive Me.” Tickets are $30 to $50. Base Camp: 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. This six-piece band that performs soul-filled R&B classics from Luther Vandross, Teddy Pendergrass, Sade, Mary J. Blige, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Charlie Wilson, the Isley Brothers and more. Admission is a $10 entertainment fee or $5 with a dinner entrée. 12 Grapes, 12 N. Division St.

Peekskill Attic Treasures: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flea market vendors will sell such items as video games, music, footwear and purses. Bank Street.
