The Real End Of The World Party: 9 p.m. The NY Firehouse Grille is celebrating the Mayan end of the world with DJ Marky Mark, the Jaegermeister Girls, drink specials and free champagne at midnight. 50 Welcher Ave.

End of the World Party: 10 p.m. The Quiet Man Public House will have an apocalyptic party with a DJ spinning tunes. 15 N. Division St.

Saturday, Dec. 22

Yes, Virginia: Shows at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. The lights will go back on at Paramount Center For The Arts for the holiday weekend as Antonia Arts, Rising Stars and Macy's present a holiday show for the whole family. A Snowy Night In Peekskill: 3 to 5 p.m. A jazz/modern interpretation of The Nutcracker set in the 1940s by EMBARK Peekskill. Holiday treats will be served. The $5 donation will go to Fred's Pantry. Call (914) 393- 5751 to RSVP. Energy Movement Center, 925 South St.

Drew Bordeaux, and Selena Bordeaux: 6 p.m. Drew Bordeaux has composed dozens of songs and performed at venues including Boston's the Middle East and Sanders Theater, and NYC's the Bitter End, Ace of Clubs and CBGBs. Drew will be joined by his sister Selena, who is also a talented guitarist, vocalist and songwriter. The siblings will perform original tunes as well as some choice covers. Peekskill Trolley Polar Express: 6:30 p.m. The trolley will then make its way through the city streets until it arrives at a beautifully illuminated neighborhood which truly represents the spirit of Christmas. On the way, the children will hear the wonderful story of the Polar Express, as one of Santa’s helpers hands out candy treats. Board the trolley in front of the Bean Runner Café, 210 S. Division Street.
