Monday, Sept. 9

Teens Get Crafty Workshop – Wrap Jewelry: 3:30 to 5 p.m. Tweens and Teens – Come and make your own colorful wrap bracelet, anklet, or necklace at The Field Library’s Teen Craft Workshop. Free. The Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave., Peekskill.

Meditation: 7:30  to 8:30 a.m. Kundalini meditation is an active moving meditation, created by Osho - enlightened master.  We do different meditations and most of them are guided meditations with music. Free.  Ganesha Spa, 15 Depew Court, Peekskill.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

Community Acupuncture: 7 to 9 p.m. Licensed Acupuncturist Margaret Steele offers an auricular (ear) acupuncture protocol for stress, pain, willpower, insomnia, detox and general well-being. After five tiny needles are inserted in the ear, participants relax in a quiet room with ambient music. $15. Energy Movement Center, 925 South St., Peekskill.

Thursday, Sept. 12

Teen Hip Hop Workshop: 3.30 to 5.30 p.m. The workshop will be three sessions long where teens will learn how to write to beats and discover the processes of recording and creating an album from start to finish, even an intro to making cover art and picking a cool title.
