Teens Get Crafty Workshop – Wrap Jewelry: 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Tweens and Teens – Come and make your own colorful wrap bracelet, anklet, or necklace at The Field Library’s August Teen Craft Workshop. This event is generously underwritten by a grant from the H.O.P.E. Free. The Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave., Peekskill.

Meditation: 7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. Kundalini meditation is an active moving meditation, created by Osho - enlightened master. We do different meditations and most of them are guided meditations with music. Free.  Ganesha Spa, 15 Depew Court, Peekskill.

Teen School Summer Reading Assignment Help: 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Discuss the book you read, start your project, and have snacks! Sessions guided by the Teen Librarian. Thursday, Aug. 29

Teen Hip Hop Workshop: 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Express yourself – write & record your own Hip Hop creations at The Field Library’s Hip Hop/Poetry Workshop. Presented by local hip hop artists and poets. The workshop will be 3 sessions long where teens will learn how to write to beats and discover the processes of recording and creating an album from start to finish, even an intro to making cover art and picking a cool title. Free. The Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave., Peekskill.
