Peekskill Committee of the Whole Meeting: 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Paul Schwerman conference room. Peekskill City Hall, 840 Main St.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

Tuesday Tales: 11 a.m. Stories for children ages 3 to 5. Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave.

Teacher in the Library: 4 to 6 p.m. Students can get help with homework from a certified teacher. Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave.

Peekskill City School District Board of Education Meeting: 7 p.m. The public session will be held after an executive session. Peekskill City School District, 1031 Elm St.

Peekskill Homeowner Education Seminar: 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Presented by the city of Peekskill and the Peekskill Conservation Advisory Council. Field Library, 4 Nelson Ave.

Wednesday, Oct. 17
