Peekskill's Scott Camera To Hold DSLR Camera Workshops

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The Scott Camera store will have two workshops for those looking to get the most out of their digital single lens reflex cameras.

The first seminar will be an all-day event on Saturday, Feb. 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Attendees will learn about the many parts and features of their DSLR cameras and will learn to take pictures of both artwork and of people. The photographs will then be viewed on a computer, and prints will be made on a high-quality printer. Lunch is included.

A second option being offered is a four-evening version that will take place on four consecutive Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.: Jan. 22 and 29 and Feb. 5 and 12.
