PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The Lincoln Depot Museum is planning an artist reception and discussion for Lincoln Depot Museum director and artist Paul Martin and sculptor Richard Masloski on Saturday, Sept. 26, and Sunday, Sept. 27, from 1-4 p.m.
