Alejandra Maria Arroyave Hurtado won the grand prize jackpot by playing the $10 scratch-off game “4,000,000 Mayhem."
She chose to take the lump sum payment of $2.6 million (before taxes) rather than the annuity.
Arroyave Hurtado said she plans to go on vacation very soon.
She bought the winning ticket at Elias Food Market at 4 Park Ave. in Revere. The store will get a $40,000 bonus for the sale.
