The Bean Runner Jazz Project featuring Premik Tubbs – Sax (Light Riders, Santana, Mahavishnu Project), Neil Alexander – Piano (Nail, Mahavishnu Project, Trio of Terror), Joe Gil – Trombone (Trio of Terror) with special guest Jim Cammack – bass (Ahmad Jamal, Mahavishnu Project) and Alex Raderman - drums. These musicians have all performed together in different groups at the Bean Runner Café in Peekskill, NY. They have put together their own group putting their own spin on jazz standards. This will be a night of straight ahead jazz standards featuring the music of Monk, Coltrane and Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers among others.
