"Menopause The Musical" is a "groundbreaking celebration of women who are on the brink of, in the middle of, or have survived 'The Change,'" according to a release from GFour Productions, the company bringing the musical to the stage. The two shows at the Paramount are set for 3 p.m. Aug. 10 and 2 p.m. Aug. 11.
"From its first performance, 'Menopause The Musical' has evolved as a 'grassroots' movement of women who deal with life adjustments after 40 and all the challenges that result in the mental, physical and spiritual freedom of the post-World War II baby boomer generation," the group said in the release. "The laughter-filled 90-minute production includes parodies from classic pop songs of the '60s and '70s and '80s."
Tickets are on sale now at the Paramount Hudson Valley website or by calling or by calling (914) 739-0039. For more information on the musical, residents can visit the production's website.
