Lincoln Depot Museum in Peekskill Screens 'Saving Lincoln'

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- The Lincoln Depot Museum in Peekskill will host the area's first showing of the critically acclaimed film "Saving Lincoln" (2013) on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 7 p.m.

The film is unique because it focuses on Lincoln's relationship with his bodyguard Marshal Ward Hill Lamon, and because it was filmed using actual images from the National Archives as the background.

Come and experience this special event at the museum. Refreshments will be available, and one lucky attendee will go home with their very own free DVD copy of the movie.

The Lincoln Depot Museum is at 10 South Water St., Peekskill.
