The Bean Runner Cafe is at 201 S. Division St. in Peekskill.

The tour, featuring material and songs from Naylor’s ninth international release, "Dead Divas Society" displays the artist’s eclectic influences with fresh takes on pop classics and jazz standards.

“We’ve been working on a lot of new songs and I’m excited to debut them on this tour,” says Naylor.

Concertgoers can expect to hear a powerfully odd-metered version of Peter Gabriel’s “Don’t Give Up,” a gospel take on Randy Newman’s “I Think It’s Going To Rain Today,” and intricate arrangements of jazz standards “Speak Low” and “All or Nothing At All.”

Naylor’s recordings have made the top 10 albums of the season in USA Today, Jazziz Magazine and The Washington Post and her original compositions have been featured in films and national advertising and political campaigns.

Her albums are available throughout the United States, Europe and Asia and she tours regularly in these regions.

A full length feature film, "A Portrait of Jacqui Naylor," was released in 2012, distributed by eOne Entertainment.

Tickets for the show are $10. Full cafe menu, including beer and wine, are available during the performance. For reservations call 914-737-1701 or email beanman@beanrunnercafe.com.
