The following is the January schedule:

  • Health insurance help from the Westchester County Healthy Department Navigator is offered in English and Spanish by appointment on Jan. 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call (914)-813-5132.
  • Preparing for a long life: in your home: Thursday, Jan. 7, 2 p.m. Free seminar about aging in place. Topics include getting in and out of your home safely, stress-free movement within the home, making the bathroom more accessible, improved kitchen set-ups for cooking and eating, smart house technology and pitfalls.
