Field Library Presents 'All Kinds of Families' Story Time In Peekskill

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The Field Library is hosting "All Kinds of Families: Shared Stories, Open Minds"  at 4:30 p.m. Monday, May 4.

Children from kindergarten through third grade and their families are invited to a special story time presented by The Hudson Valley Chapter of GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network). The book being shared is "And Tango Makes Three," a story about two male penguins who hatch an egg.

A discussion about all kinds of families and a penguin craft will follow. Refreshments will be offered, and children can pick out a free book after the program.
