PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The Field Library will spice things up with an exploration of Indian cuisine by local cookbook author Rinku Bhattacharya.
The cooking demonstration, tasting and book signing will take place between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
A Gourmand Award-winning writer and “Spice Chronicles” blogger, Bhattacharya will prepare family-friendly recipes from her latest book, “Spices & Seasons: Simple Sustainable Indian Flavors.”
