The night begins with a vintage car rally and an a cappella singing competition at 4 p.m. Brown street will close to traffic to host the activities. Fitzie’s Fork in the Road gourmet food truck will be on hand with refreshments.

The evening culminates beginning at 8 p.m. with an all-star classic line up including: Shirley Alston Reeves/original lead of The Shirelles: Certified legend, co-founder and original lead singer of one of the most famous female singing groups in music history and member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Shirley and the SHIRELLES seamlessly bridged doo-wop and uptown New York pop-soul music.

Randy & The Rainbows featuring Randy Safuto: The sounds of Randy & The Rainbows featuring Randy Safuto started back in 1959 when they sang under the name of the “Dialtones” with a local hit “Til I Heard From You.” They specialize in effective medleys of harmonies, which is why in 1998 the group was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.

The Legendary Teenagers: Their music has underscored countless movies and TV commercials and influenced artists from Michael Jackson to Billy Joel in addition to an entire generation of vocal groups. The group's nucleus is now and has always been Jimmy Merchant and founder Herman Santiago. The group combines dynamic harmonies and dazzling moves. The Encounters: This doo-wop group lives up to the declaration on the first page of its website: “The Encounters will bring you back to a street corner in Brooklyn, where the group originated in 1963. Forty-five years later when you listen to them, you’ll see and hear the guys you saw all over New York as a kid, singing in subway stations, in apartment building hallways, under lampposts, chasing an echo, or snapping their fingers and harmonizing in front of swooning girls.” Tickets range from $35-$55 and can be purchased 24/7 via the box office at paramounthudsonvalley.com or over the phone at 914-739-0039.
