The suit alleges that Peter Hofstee maliciously spread rotten eggshells and offensively malodorous manure too close to their property, Time Warner Cable News reported.

The owner of Catskill Distilling Company said the liquid duck manure at one of the farm's fields just 50 feet away negatively impacted business after the smell made people sick and deterred visiting customers, said Time Warner Cable News.
